Kindergarten Slideshow--Fall 2007

We had a beautiful Mass today for All Saint's Day. Halloween was very fun for us this year as well...we were invited to a Halloween Party/Carnival at the Jr. High! We played lot's of games and won quite a few prizes...thanks to the 6th, 7th, & 8th grade teachers and students.
Below I have attached a slide show with pictures from this year so far.

End of October...

We are finishing up October...it went by very quickly. The students have done a great job practicing my new name--Mrs. Bernier! Mrs. Starosta said the children were VERY good while I was gone. I missed them a lot and we are getting back in to our routine again. Tomorrow we have our HALLOWEEN party and parade our costumes for the other grades. I will post some pictures from our field trip and the party soon.

Welcome to Kindergarten at OLL

We are off to a great start this year. With a small group, we have so many advantages. I will be updating our classroom blog twice a month. It will briefly describe what is going on in the classroom and provide a way for me to display our pictures. Feel free to ask comments or questions through the blog.
We have been reviewing our classroom rules, procedures and getting use to the new routine. Next week we will be going to the Bayfield Apple Company to make cider and check out the orchards. We will start a unit on apples, incorporating it into our curriculum.
